At Carnamic, we understand that sometimes choices need a second thought. That's why, with every pre-owned purchase, we present our Simple Exchange program – your ticket to a worry-free do-over! Here's how it unfolds:
If, after your Carnamic pre-owned vehicle delivery, you have a change of heart, our Simple Exchange program is your safety net. Simply adhere to these guidelines:
- Return the vehicle within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Keep the odometer mileage under 200 miles from the delivery mark.
- Ensure the vehicle is in similar or same condition, free of damage or unusual wear and tear.
The vehicle should not have been resold or transferred to another party.
Here are the finer details:
- We'll transfer any previously paid amount towards your replacement vehicle purchase – down payment, trade-in value, and any funds applied to the principal balance.
- If the replacement vehicle costs less, you'll receive credit for the difference; if it costs more, you'll cover the balance.
- Limit of 1 exchange per customer and/or transaction.
- Exchange approval is contingent upon the lender's nod, if a loan was secured for the initial purchase.
